A "green" themed night was full of celebration as The Sierra Club sponsored Common Ground to include the grand opening of their office on the Eco Commons. Gabby shared with everyone their mission and great freebies like the chance to plant trees!

Our color theme was Sunrise at Common Ground and everyone rose to the challenge. Par and Penguin enjoyed our new Tinies Dance Ball donated by Rhiannon to Common Ground! Ricken spun lots of great sunny songs for us! And, Mel came as one - "House of the Rising Sun"! Such creativity abounds!
Our color theme for Common Ground was Midnight, so everyone came as the night sky! It was lovely to be surrounded by so many stars!
Ethelred, Ozma, and I myself spoke at the Nonprofit Commons Friday Meeting to encourage different orgs to sponsor Common Ground each week. It is a great setting for groups to share their mission and what real world impact they have outside of Second Life.
With a Gold color theme, Common Ground @ NPC Plush was sponsored by Virtual Ability. Ricken Flow shared their mission ito enable people with a wide range of disabilities to enter into virtual worlds like Second Life®, and provide them with a supporting environment once there. He provided wheelchairs and dances for the "wheelies". It was a great night full of angels, supporters, and snow!
Rose-colored glasses were not needed with everyone dressed in red with glee. Common Ground continues to be an excellent spot for networking, brainstorming, and merriment for nonprofit folks. We share stories, surprises, and sticks. Glow sticks that is!
Kasper visited me at the Common Ground Party Plaza to check out my finished "Disco Inferno" Halloween costume. We decided to take it for a whirl trying out the ever popular Polka dance ball. Check out Kasper's shoes! They so hip it hurts!
Lovely in Magenta! This one pixelated image of me with Ozma and Ethelred in the background got to me. They have been such a supportive team with Common Ground! Thanks guys! And, our DJ, Ricken, just makes each night so special and extra fun! I look forward to his set every week! Thanks Ricken!
Common Ground has become a wonderful place to show support of nonprofits and we have tons of brainstorming sessions while dancing away. We had to see how many AVs we could sit on our spinning light. Five! That's right! Five!
